The order, comprising specially designed flanges, reducers, and support components, was completed in just 45 days from technical drawing approval to shipping—30% faster than industry standard lead times.

The project presented multiple engineering challenges, including corrosion resistance in high-salinity environments, structural integrity under dynamic ocean loading, and compatibility with existing European infrastructure standards. Hongmao’s engineering team collaborated closely with the project’s German design firm to develop fittings that met DNVGL-OS-F101 specifications while optimizing for installation efficiency.
